Curious Community Day Hello, fellow earthlings, I'm back and today I'm writing about something interesting that happened 2 days back. On Thursday we had Curious Community day which is a special day that happens every term but with different whanaus. By now you can tell this term the whanau was Curious. But this week was extra special because it was Te Reo Maori Language Week. Te Reo Maori is one of New Zealand's official languages. I learned some weird phrases from Mr Dyer like Kaua e mate wheke mate ururoa which means don't die like an octopus, die like a hammerhead shark and some calming, powerful, motivational and inspiring phrases in Maori like mauria te pono which means believe in yourself, whaia te iti kahurangi ki te tuohu koe me he maunga teitei which means aim for the highest cloud so that if you miss it, you will hit a lofty cloud and aroha ki te tangata, ahakoa ko wai te tangata which means love people, in spite of who th...
