I'm Curious!?

Hello again strangers, learning coaches, students and family, today I will be talking about how we just started school, our new 4C and things that are happening. Our new 4C is ... CURIOUS. The word 'curious' means to think about something, it is a question that you are wondering the answer to. Down here is where the NZ sign of curiosity or a guess.  
This week and maybe even 2 or 3 more weeks we will have the topic of 'Curious Learning' which means if you are curious about something, do it, just do it as Shia Labeouf says. haha😆😆. Coming back to school was exciting because I got to do work ( not) and meet my friends again. YAYY. We had a whole school jump jam session today and I was so pumped because I love dancing. The 2 songs that were chosen for jump jam were Ohh ehh ohh ahh ahh tang tang walla walla bang bang by Witch Doctor, fun fact Witch Doctor is actually a cartoon and we also did the one and only Coconut Song by Smile.DK who is a Swedish girl band who does bubblegum dances. Weird.

Curious Community Day Hello, fellow earthlings, I'm back and today I'm writing about something interesting that happened 2 days back. On Thursday we had Curious Community day which is a special day that happens every term but with different whanaus. By now you can tell this term the whanau was Curious. But this week was extra special because it was Te Reo Maori Language Week. Once an author,always an author!

Des Hunt Who is Des Hunt? Des Hunt is a New Zealand based children's author which means that he is a man who writes books for children. He writes books that are mainly appropriate for the ages 8-13 but anyone who wants to read Des Hunt books should read them, I recommend Des's books. Des Hunt was born on the 29 December 1941 which makes him 75 years old, wow that is old (no offence) for an author who still writes children based books, he must really be a child on the inside. He was born in Palmerston North so hello to the northern New Zealanders reading this!😂  Why am I writing about Des Hunt out of the blue? In my habitat (Learning Habitat 6) we have literacy and not to brag or anything but I'm a brilliant reader meaning I go into Mrs Pearson's literacy group.
